PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At disenomarthavargas.com, we do everything possible to ensure that the products featured here are available for purchase. If we do not have them, we will inform you in the description if production days are required and how long it will take for the order to be delivered. Products purchased through our web store that are immediately available will be shipped within 48 hours with our parcel service. Orders from our web store that we receive on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. A notification email will be sent the same day of shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are based on individual agreements. Manufacturing takes two weeks and delivery time depends on the destination. Our prices only include shipments to the Mexican Republic. We reserve the right to partial deliveries.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
We are not responsible for damage caused during transportation. Such damages must be reported to the shipping company in writing after receipt of the goods to make them responsible for all damages. Missing goods must be confirmed by the shipping company in writing.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

We have a Lifetime Warranty on all of our parts. At our discretion, we will repair or change the defective parts, in case they are parts located outside of CDMX and the metropolitan area, All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. REFUND POLICY
For a refund items can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your receipt (noting on the front the reason for your return and the action you wish to be taken), and send your package paid for and insured. Please note: Only items purchased on disenomarthavargas.com can be accepted for a return or exchange. We will not refund or exchange any item purchased in a store.
